This program is designed for those that want a kickstart. The toughest part of starting a fitness routine is adherence. We will work together either two or three days a week for a month and will set specific and measurable goals to get you excited about working out and living actively. This program is for new clients only.
This is ideal for clients that would like a trainer to keep them accountable to a program, but can also commit to doing some workouts on their own. We can train 1-5 days a week. The more you train, the better your results!
Since becoming a Certified Personal Trainer in 2005, I have learned many things about people trying to get in shape. The two most common obstacles are lack of dedication and poor diet. Anyone can get motivated for a hot second but only those who have discipline and become knowledgeable about healthier eating, get results. If you have tried before, or if you are just starting this journey, let me guide you.
With all of the nutrition and workout plans out there today, it is extremely overwhelming to know which path to take. Then throw the fad diets and crazy exercises into the mix and you might end up quitting out of frustration. Let me personalize a plan for you.
