In my four week SCULPT programs there are 4 strength training days and 2, what I like to call, metabolic blast days. You will see how I split muscle groups on strength days and also get reps/sets recommendations. My metabolic workouts are not for the faint of heart. Expect to push as hard as you possibly can and sweat buckets.
I use Trainerize software, which is an online training service that delivers my programming to you. After purchasing SCULPT and becoming an April Young Fitness client you will access the program through an app. Inside the app you can:
All you have to do is hit the gym and follow the program. You will need a full gym with a Stair Master/Rowing Machine/ARC Trainer/Elliptical and all of the most important stuff as well, such as dumbbells and barbells.
